Butt-Check.org is a grassroots effort that was started in Golden, Colorado by Kim Adair, a colon cancer survivor who was diagnosed at age 48.

Kim moved to Tucson in 2009 to be near the cancer research work at the University of Arizona, University Medical Center and Arizona Cancer Center.

Butt-Check.org, a national, Arizona-based non-profit organization, has a simple mission: to help save lives through detection and treatment of colorectal cancer.
